As a manager, you have control. Invite people to your workspace and determine their role. You decide which user can manage which settings and which users and teams can view specific documents. With MinuteTrack, you have the reins, allowing you to collaborate efficiently and tailor access rights to the needs of your team.

Teams

Do you have regular recurring meetings, or meetings with the same composition? We cater to that. Easily create your own team or group within MinuteTrack to quickly plan a meeting. This also applies to external participants; participants you have invited in the past can be effortlessly re-invited. This makes planning meetings very easy and fast.

Private

Every meeting has a 'master-private-switch', which allows you to make the meeting visible only to the participants with one press of the private button. Do you have specific parts within the meeting that you'd rather not see on the minutes? Then set these lines to private, so they are not included in the minutes. With MinuteTrack, you maintain full control over the privacy of your meetings and decide what is and is not shared.

You can invite your colleagues to your 'workspace'. Do this by going to workspace » users. You can add colleagues to a specific team via workspace » teams. Once your colleagues are added to the workspace, you can also invite them to meetings and collaborate on creating decision lists.

A role includes the rights to view, modify, create, or delete documents / information in an organization. A team is a group of people with access to specific meetings/minutes.

At the top right of the screen, there is a bell icon. Clicking on this will take you to all notifications. Here you can also adjust the settings.

Private decision lists are hidden from everyone who is not added to the participants or informed users, so you can include sensitive information in your decision lists without anyone being able to access it.
